Hi, I'm extremely frustrated that I have already received my broadband modem on the 20th Dec, plugged it and no service. After checking my acccount, it stated Your Hardware order is being processed. You will receive a Hardware Dispatched notice once your hardware is dispatched. Yet, I have already recieved the modem!!!!
Speaking with customer service, they say that the account cant be activated until the warehouse logs it off their system. It's been 2 days now!!!! How long is it going to take?????

Same issue with me. I got it on 19th December and still chasing TPG for activation. Been calling them every day and still nothing. The status shows waiting for hardware dispatch. Think i have made a mistake signing up for TPG. Worst customer experience ever.
