Waiting for a response

I have emailed twice now waiting for a response on how and when I will receive the credit amount on my account. This amount is significant and I would like to know when it will be refunded back to me.

@Kdubbs The refund is now in progress, it will take about 3-5 working for this to be completed on our end.
