How to find out my email address and set a password? I changed the plan from 4G to NBN and have a new account username and password. Today the MacOS indicates it's not recognising my former TPG email address. (Yes, I realise it's probably user error, but thanks in advance.)

Did you convert the email address from your NBN account to an email only account?
If not, then it will not work as the NBN service will be cancelled.
