Why Does TPG Split Bundle?

Can I charge TPG $15 each time for taking two amounts out from my bank account when it should be just the one?

They take out one for NBN data/internet on one day and then NBN phone on another.

Shouldn't it, as a bundle, just be the whole amount at once?

It is rather annoying and if it isn't resolved to be just the one payment soon I will be stopping any further payments to TPG due to the fact that that there is an obvious technical glitch. There shouldn't be more than one payment going out per month.
