Honestly? All I want is for my account to be cancelled before the next billing period! I called your team only for them to tell me that I can transfer my account to someone else?? When I insisted I had no one to transfer to, they resorted to telling me they will send an email with details of how to transfer my account? I just need this cancelled before the next billing period, PLEASE?
