It has been 6 days since I registered for the 59.99 FTTB plan(on February 8). But the installation status is always shown as 'We are currently processing your payment. We'll be in touch if we run into any trouble!'. Did I miss something or shall I update any extra information? I've already submit my debit card details but seems that it didn't work.
