Wrong billing

I have changed my TPG mobile plan from medium to low on 7/10/2022 and my expected payment should be dropped down from $20 to $15.  But I was still charged $20 on 30/11/2022.  So can you make the necessary amendments please?  Thank you!  Pak Ting Wong
