When you try to log-in to 'My account' did you encounter any error message? If so, could you post the screenshot on this thread? Also, ping me a message with your details to better understand the situation.

Im having troubles logging in to my tpg account, i can log in to my emails but not my account so i can update my credit card details. I alway thought the passwords wrer the same but obviously something has changed and i can not log in to my account anymore.
