activate roaming whilst already overseas

Hi I am overseas already. I want to activate roaming on my account but i cant log in because i need a code that is sent to my mobile number. which i cant access as roaming is not turned on. please helps asap. i need to be able to receive messages for 2 factor ID for banking purposes
