I recently moved house and had to create a new username - the old username/account has now been closed. Unfortunately TPG did not transfer any aliases or slave accounts to the new username. I have figured out how to remove the alias from the old username and add it to the new username, but i am a little less confident about transferring a slave account as I am worried I might lose the account completely. Is it as simple as clicking 'detach" from the old username and then adding the slave account to the new username? Would have been nice for TPG to do this behind the scenes!!
