call waiting

i have had tpg turn call waiting off but when i am on the phone whilst there is no beeping indicating someone is calling, the caller hears the ringing signal.  I want them to hear that i am on the phone.  how can i do this

Have you tried to test it on your end if you are able to hear a busy tone?
