Dear TPG team member,
i have contacted TPG regarding the cancellation on my "$1 International Calling Cap" around late 2020 & Early 2021.
I had talked to someone from TPG at least 2-3 times. They had asked me so many questions each time. Everytime they had ensured me that the service had been cancelled.
Now i have received email from TPG and i have arrears account of $16.00. Could anyone help me to cancel it and also cancel this $16.
