I tried to ring and talked live chat but it was hopeless. Live chat 3 times didnt go anywhere except the name of chatter. I ended up emailed to TPG and sent a letter as well and just got an email a day before saying that someone will contact me 24 hours. 

I already moved from Mosman and now in Freshwater which already has internet so I do not need to have account under my name anymore.

The last day was 23/03/2020 as you can check there was no internet used after that date. The last payment was 19/03/2020 so only 4 days after last bill.

I do not mind to get the bill soon and pay it.
