Hi there

my residence is xxxxxxxx. We had problem since beginning of this month.

Tenants could not use the internet unfortunately. There was not connection. I paid the bills also.

Im not in Australia right now therefore cannot call the company. I like to cancel my internet and refund the money that we could not use more than 3 weeks.
