I can't even cancel the service, tried to call a few times, on hold and hangup........geez=TPG, you have created a nightmare for our family
I have 3 consultants contacted me on fixing payments, and none of them helped.
Could someone please check our previous conversation with my account details, and cancel my account! I am not going pay more $$$ which I don't use the service or due to your system bug!
