contact support

Hi TPG team,

I've been trying to contact support for several hours now

Yesterday evening by phone and today via the chat (link.tpg.com.au/chatsupport)

When using the chatsupport, I am directed to the contact us page so I select the  moving house option

In the next page I enter my name and question

However, I receive the following error message 

  • You do not have permission to chat! Please contact site owner.
  • Our team members are currently serving other customers. We appreciate your patience. Please try again later.

How can I contact TPG to close my account?

I have had the same problem, the only way I got through was to call through to the sales team, then request them to put you through to tech support.
