Get online support
Since days I get these SMS saying my payment is missing. I then go and try to change credit card details on the website. Eventually when checking for current statements I looks like that payments is done. However when I check on the app I see an older card activated. And I still get confusing messages that the payment is missing. I can not find a phone number to contact. Very frustrating I have to say. Also the new portal "myaccount.tpg.com.au" is not working at all. Also when accessing tpg website with my VPN ( AUSTRALIA) being acitvated I can not get onto the website. Is this only happening to me? I do not have the time to endlessly search the internet for some obscure reasons for all of this. I need better support ( business).
