Get online support
Over the last few days both my Outlook and Gmail clients have been unable to access my tpg mail. Gmail has an error message"Error fetching mail. Mail from this account has not been retrieved since 31 Mar".
I have made no changes to my TPG email account, so is it possible TPG has made changes to my account?

Have you tried to access your TPG email using our post office (https://www.tpg.com.au/home/postoffice) ?
Also please post the actual error message of the email client on this thread.
You may raise this directly to our postmaster by sending email to postmaster@tpg.com.au
