When you tried to do a prepaid top-up, did you get an error message? If so, could you post a screenshot of the error? Also, ping me a message with your details so we can check how we can fix this and better understand the situation.

As part of my NBN plan I have a prepaid home phone landine account.
I have tried several times to add a balance to my landline account and it will not work.
I have tried with two different credit/visa cards and it still does not work.
Would anyone please assist please.
