incorrect date of birth

to whom may care. i have trying to correct your mistake with my date of birth. 

i have been with TPG a long time and move to different places.

Just about 7 months ago i call you change my details and some how you changed my date of birth. 

You keeping saying that will send me emails to change my details but as you can not verify me via date of birth i do not get any real help just people from the phone and your customer care team are the worst help.

can some one from tpg call me after 3pm to help or fix your error.

the person has to be above the customer care team as they are no help at all.
