i organised to transfer my NBN to my new place for 17th April, its now been over the 10 days installation time. i have tried to contact tpg on a few occasions with no luck. the chat service is locked up and cant get through.
i desperately need this sorted out as i had been working from home (have been forced back into the office due to no internet) i also need it for my uni work since its all online now.
can someone please contact me regarding my installation status. i expect it to be connected this week.
