Hi there, I have changed my provider and would like to cancel my TPG account, I have been trying to cancel my account through email but no answer.

There is also a new ''TPG Mobile APP'' to help you with various trouble shooting and account issues, via a mobile phone app.

Hi David, thank you for your response, I have clicked the account cancellation on my account menu, and they have sent me a Request for cancellation email, but I haven't received any call yet. Can I expect a call anytime soon to ensure the cancellation? Thanks.
