Can i cancel my application and get my.money back seems you just keep on promising the customers for updates and follow up with provisioning team.. i am already frustrated as nothing still happened..please get my money back and i am going to apply to OPTUS!
I will contact the ombudsman and file a complaint if still no action is taken

Problem is actually the same with mostof the complaints here on the threads..
Been waiting for internet to install and no action have been taken everytime the provisioning team spoke on the phone always saying installion is on progress but i am frustrated here as already more than 20 days as what u have stated 10-20days to connect my service..
And i have noticed here that a lot of us have the same problem and issues with TPG..i am going to sign up to OPTUS for wireless broadband as i badly needed the internet my job is at risk already..

Yes i searched and seen all your threads, and all the call notes in tracking.

This issue is still be investigated by the relevant departments and someone will call you ASAP with a conclusion.

Not only on my profile..but u will also get the same complaints ang issues to other customers posting their comllaints qhich actually having the same issues
