We are sending these refunds via cheque if the payment details we have one file is invalid. 

 

I would highly recommend to have one of our Account Specialists call you ASAP to discuss your payment details with us.

why do i need to have a ccheque?

 

noone uses cheques in this day and age..just send it to my credit card like you are for everyone else. this is crazy.

you know my adress..you have it on record..ive got a service there. geez.

We understand refunding on credit card is more convenient however, this process was proscribed to us by ACCC. I will pass this on to the relevant team and will provide an update the soonest it becomes available.
