Hi, I recently upgraded from NBN 12 plan to the NBN 50. I requested the change on Saturday, and the email said it would be 1-2 business days, however on the forum some people only had to wait a few hours, but I am still yet to get the upgrade.

As per checking, you have requested the change of plan on 26/May/2018, Saturday. As advised, the change of plan request will be processed within 1 - 2 business days.
