As per checking, you have ordered TPG ADSL2+ with Home Phone service on 08/Feb/2018 and please be advised that the installation time frame for this type of service is 10-20 working days.
Further updates regarding the install date will be provided via email and you can also check its status here: https://www.tpg.com.au/install.
We have sent a welcome email to your Gmail and TPG Email Address.
We will have an account specialist contact you and provide the TPG Email password for you to access the TPG Post Office: https://www.tpg.com.au/home/postoffice.
