over pay refund mobile account

My account is linked to mobile and nbn, so I have to get a discount and charge $20 but TPG charged $25 twice. So I was promised to get a $10 refund after several calls. But I still haven't been repunded. I'm afraid I'll be charged another $25 even next month. When will I get a refund?
