The e-mail address will stay the same with the old username from the TPG-NBN account. If you wish to update the password you need to use the old username used to log-in to your TPG-NBN service.

I have recently moved from NBN to wireless.
I had to change my username and password, so how do I change the username and password in the post office section as it will not respond to my new username and password?
