Explain Extra Charges

I've got TPG NBN Account ( Username same as my TPG Community Username).

Cannot find any other option to get in touch online with TPG Billing Support, hence posting here.

Please explain 5 separate extra charges totaling $53.76 on my NBN plan that were incurred on 21.09.2021.
