Unable to log into the TPG Account My TPG account . Prompting for customer id and postcode in order to reset password. Where do I find them?


However, I'm able to log into TPG Mobile.


Aren't the credentials same for both My TPG account  &  TPG Mobile?

I have seen Forum to private message  but when I click on a MOD there's no send message button Capture.JPG
