"Garbage" invoices and statements. Has TPG been hacked?

Has anyone else experienced "garbage" output and invoice statements etc from TPG? Has TPG been hacked?

I got an email this morning with the attached invoice (I have removed my name & address).

Then I logged on and all of my on-line invoices look the same!
