reactivate NBN & home phone urgently

Hi,

My service (Ac ID-Mb88Thomas . Ac no-5419500) has stopped due to payment failure.  Can you assist me to reactivate the NBN & home phone as an urgent manner please.  We use the service for a small business and it is causing us big inconvenience without phone & internet. We can't take any calls from customers also can't process any Eftpos.  

Please let me know how much need to pay.
