the status for my mobile plan is currently unfinancial even though the balance is positive and an amount has recently been taken from my card. I can not currently use my sim card.
I have searched for this on the forum but note that the answer is always to PM somebody. I have been on hold on the help line for 30 minutes now. I have tried the help line a couple of times before but always given up.
Can somebody please help?

There appears to be a transaction issue with your bank and TPG. I can manually retry the payment for your service renewal, just let me know when you are ready to proceed. If you are to nominate a different payment method, here's how you can update it via TPG My Account.
