This test was done twice at 11:40pm on 20/05/2021.
The results show 12.87 Mbps for download at a very late hour.
Why charge me for 50 Mbps when I was getting the same speed for a 13 Mbps plan from another company.
Very poor perfomance. Please see the speed test attached for details.

I really need closer to 25 or 30 Mbps on the off peak hour. Why over charge me...will I be reimburst???
