triple charge for porting

Hi, I just ported out of TPG and being invoiced by TPG with 3 same charges

Mobile Number Port Out Fee (once-off) $11.00

Mobile Number Port Out Fee (once-off) $11.00

Mobile Number Port Out Fee (once-off) $11.00

Totalled $33.00. Please advise? I remembered porting was only $11.00 per line a month ago.
