200MBPS trial period but not received - Worst customer service

I am using TPG for last 10 years but sometimes it is frustrating 

they sent a message that 200MPS trial pertiod is ending.I realsed that they have not informed about this and have not received that speed 

 

So I called th ecustomer support, they are not understanding the situation and trying escape

Hi @Sriikandan ,

 

Did you receive an Email or SMS with the NBN Free speed boost? This is only available to NBN FTTP & HFC customers and subscribed to NBN50 or NBN100.  Send me a private mesage with your account details and I will check the status of the account.
