30 Day cancellation Notice

I too have been ripped off for a months fee of $89.

I moved to Telstra because after 15yrs of loyalty, TPG want to half my upload speed or want me to pay an extra $10 per month.

Nowhere did I read this additional 30 Day fee, isn’t that the point of month to month contract? Once the month is done you can leave?

Not happy at all and will fight it tooth and nail.

Shame on your TPG, stinging customers that are leaving is a great way to ensure nobody comes back.

Refund our money, you’ve had 15yrs of payments from us!!!!!!!
