3065 internet stopped working

My internet suddenly stopped working this afternoon (around 4:30pm). I have rebooted router, no result. Rebooted nbn box, no result. My NBN box status is as follows... power light is on, the downstream flashing, no lights for upstream or online. If I log onto my modem ,it shows status as disconnected.

The wiring all appears to be fine, no kinks, connected tightly. In fact it looks new as NBN was only installed a couple of weeks ago.

I can't get through on the chat line. Any suggestions?!
