We have been using your internet bundle for over 10 years but last 2 days have been very slow cannot download anything.
My unit 10/29A Oliver Street Freshwater NSW 2096. Can you have a look why. I turned on and off the modem but the modem is very old too. I just moved from Mosman and the internet is fast no problem. Is it because of new modem? Should we get a new modem, does it help?
