I like to know when can internet be connected ? This is the second time that I organise and waited for technician to come . And no one turn up . Also I work from home and urgently needed internet . Pls give me a solution and answer . Thanks

For customers who would like to check the status of their service installation/activation, we have created this community article, which contains a video on How to track your TPG service installation

 

In this case, the service has been installed and working within specification.
