Previously I have posted of how my internet connection was resolved.
No sooner had I done that, that my internet connection has been down since approx 5pm. It is now 10:15pm with no resolution. All status pages point to no problems but here I am connecting over the 4G connection on my phone.
Is there any expected resolution or improvement here? If not, I would expect a refund on the total time I do not have internet for the month.
