4G wireless broadband dropouts daily

I am a new customer of 2 weeks and seem to have a scheduled dropout each day at approx 20:00 where the 4g light just goes out.
Restarts over the past week have been limited to just once per day however the past 3 days it repeatedly drops out ~4 times requiring a restart. The first few days were problem free.

So I requested a call back via the service...they called back and a very enthusiastic non listening person kept asking questions and talking over me. Turns out they were keen to contact the tech and put me on hold being 21:45 so they could go home. If you have no intention of helping a customer then don't call them back and put them on hold for 40 mins to answer a simple question.

If this is a recurring problem, we can have our tech team to look into it. Does it always happen at night?

Seems to though I am not on it 24/7...also didn't appreciate being put on hold for 40 mins pat 10pm last night so the operator could leave work at 10pm...wh call me back in the first place???

I'd like to address your issue/s in one thread as it will be easier to communicate when sticking to a single thread. Since you other issue has been addressed, I will ensure that a tech specialist will be calling you tonight to conduct troubleshooting on your home wireless broadband.

I have arranged with tpg on 3 seperate occasions to be contacted by a tech each time I have specified 8pm however I have recieved no calls at any point in the evenings. Instead I am called the following day around noon to be told that I didn't answer the phone the preceding day at noon?! Why don't you call when you say you will...problem solved. At this point your customer service is a bigger problem than the technical issue.
