I have arranged with tpg on 3 seperate occasions to be contacted by a tech each time I have specified 8pm however I have recieved no calls at any point in the evenings. Instead I am called the following day around noon to be told that I didn't answer the phone the preceding day at noon?! Why don't you call when you say you will...problem solved. So I requested a call back via the service...they called back and a very enthusiastic non listening person kept asking questions and talking over me. Turns out they were keen to contact the tech and put me on hold being 21:45 so they could go home.
