5 G no internet connection after several reboot

Hi

 

anyine has problem this morning in Brisbane , no 5 G internet connection after several time rebooting. Is there an outage there and try to call the support and it's like over 1 hours waiting

The service is currently affected by an unplanned outage within our Home Wireless Broadband (4G and 5G).
