5G Broadband - Now No Longer Showing Available

I’m at Palm Beach , NSW and the NBN connection is slow so wanted to go with 5G wireless. Previously the website said 5G broadband was available at my address and I got a letter box drop from TPG to join up. Now I check and the website and customer rep says it’s not available .

What is the situation ?
