5G Broadband isn't connecting to devices

We just moved house and received our 5G Broadband modem (Nokia Fastmile). Setting up was easy and the connection can be located/connected to on our devices, but the WiFi itself does not work. Although our devices say that it's connected, we cannot access anything that requires the internet. Been on hold for a while now, I have a feeling it's an issue on TPG's end and they haven't made WiFi accessible to our devices yet. Don't know how to activate this.

Hi @stinkycheese, have you already received an email confirmation regarding the service activation? Does it make any difference when you reboot the modem?
