5G Home Broadband does not work in Phillip Bay

Recently signed up for 5G Home broadband, received my modem.

I live in Phillip Bay 2036.

The modem seems to randomly change between 4 green lights

(good 5G connection) to 2 green lights (average 5G) to

2 amber lights (average 4G connection); the changes between

these states are slow (several minutes or hours apart).

When I first connected my modem, it gave some internet access,

but woefully slow (abut 15Mbit/s download and under 1Mbit/s upload);

today it has no internet connection.

Can someone help, please...

Let us help check what causing issues with the 5G home broadband and get to the bottom of this. Could you shoot us a PM with your details to proceed with the initial investigation.
