Hello TPG Community,
I recently received my 5G modem from TPG. It is a 5866T modem.
I was promised that it will be activated within 24-48 hours.
I have contacted TPG so many times and all they gave to say is we are working on it.
Usually, Sim activation should not take too long. What is the problem and why can i not get my service activated?
