Got nbn and now they gave us this 5g homebroadband Max with sagecom fast 5866t connected all lights are green but no internet service already got sent 2 modems and same issue.

We got our engineering team on top of this case and they have been notified that you're still unable to connect using the replacement modem. Further updates/recommendations will be provided within the day.
