Get online support
Have 5G Wireless internet at home. Not the 100 plan, or the 50, but Max. It has been measured over 450Mbps in the past.
So why is it repeatedly testing at or below 5? Has also gone down entirely several times over the last few days, but website has never suggested any known issues. Location is Cannington (6107).
Do I need to be changing provider...?
Have you tried to relocate the modem/router? What troubleshooting have you tried so far?
Did you test it via 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network? Can you test the speed via Wired for comparison?
